Kuey Teow Goreng
1. 3 sudu besar minyak masak
2. 5 sudu besar pes bawang merah, bawang putih dn ikan bilis
3. fillet ayam (potong kecil)
4. udang
5. sayur sawi
6. buah tomato
7. secukup rasa sos tiram, kicap masin dn sos tomato
8. Air
9. 1 biji telur
Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan minyak di dlm kuali dn tumiskan pes.
2. Setelah naik bau, masukkan fillet ayam, batang sayur sawi dn sedikit air..
3. Agak-agak ayam mulai empuk, masukkan telur, sos tiram, kicap masin dan sos tomato secukup rasa. Gaul sebati..
4. Masukkan kuew teow, udang n buah tomati. Gaul sebati.
5. Rasa, klu pd anda masih tawar, boleh tambah garam...;)
